Pupil Voice
As always, we are keen to understand how your child feels about school. Therefore we would like to invite them to take part in a short survey that will enable us gain this information and consider it when making future improvements. The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete and will ask your child to rate our school in a number of key areas. Please use the link below to take part –

Westcliff Primary School Art Day by Slidely Slideshow

Primary School League Tables December 2014

We are pleased to see that Westcliff Primary School was 2nd in Blackpool with 93% of our Year 6 attaining L4 or above in reading, writing and maths (nationally this was 79%). Compared to schools within a 3 mile radius (Blackpool, Thornton and Poulton) we were 3rd overall.

In comparison with similar schools across the country (similar prior attainment at KS1) we were 25th out of 125 and there is no statistically better performing similar school in a 75 mile radius.

Once again these are excellent results and a measure of the hard work of our pupils, parental support and commitment of our staff to ensuring children achieve their best academically and personally.

The various Christmas Performances have shown further talents being nurtured in our school.

Thank you for your continued support. I hope you have a very merry Christmas and happy New Year.

Mrs. S. Wilson
